Featuring a long Private Pier that leads to the waters edge, where you’ll love spending time in those Adirondacks and taking in our famous sunsets, Eagle’s View is the perfect home base for experiencing island life at its finest. Whether your thing is fishing, crabbing (Crab Pot provided), kayaking, or just chilling, there’s something for everyone here!

Located just minutes from Chincoteague’s charming shops, restaurants, the beaches of Assateague Island, and Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, where our famous Wild Ponies roam free, this home blends privacy and convenience—ideal for families, couples, or anyone seeking a relaxing coastal escape.

As you climb the stairs to enter this majestic home, you’ll stop in your tracks when those incredible bay views welcome you home! Overlooking the Marsh, meandering Tidal Creeks, and the Channel, you never know what you’ll see out there. At low tide, you’ll love watching the Fiddler Crabs do their thing in the marsh mud - which isn’t just a flavor at The Island Creamery, but a fragrance deeply loved by us Locals! It’s a combination of salt air and oysters, and is something special. Watch Herons, Eagles, and Egrets fish for their morning meal, and Dolphins frolic during the warmer months.

The Living Area is the perfect place to relax after a fun-filled day at the Beach - just a few minutes away - and enjoy Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV. With a wall of windows to the water and comfy furnishings, it’s light, bright, and open. Eagle’s View was the recipient of some awesome updates this year, including beachy new flooring, reminiscent of a stroll on the boardwalk, and an entirely new Kitchen with Stainless Appliances, Granite Countertops, and new Cabinetry that’s warm and sandy, just like our beaches. The Chef in your family will find meal prep easy breezy with all the comforts of home, including a Gas Grill, and every gadget one could want. And for the coffee lover in your group, there is a coffee grinder, Keurig, and drip coffee maker for you!

Dine in the comfort of Central AC in the large dining area, Al-Fresco on the Waterfront Deck, or in the shade and comfort of the Screened Porch, located on the ground level, which is also getting a makeover for Summer 2026! Not one to cook on vacation? No worries - you’re only a hop, skip, and jump from many great dining options on the island!

Eagle’s View sleeps 10 in pure comfort and style in 4 Bedrooms, plus a couple of Sleeper Sofas. On the main level, you’ll find Bedrooms 1 and 2, plus 2 Full Baths, and a Half Bath that’s convenient to the Living Area, as well as a Full Size Washer and Dryer. Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and serene coastal colors. A stay at Eagle’s View is like a stay with family - warm, cozy, and inviting. There is a Full Bath dedicated to Bedroom 1 directly across the Hall, and it has a new Vanity and Tub/Shower Combo. Bedroom 2, also with a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV, has an en-suite Full Bath with new Double Vanity and Tub/Shower Combo. In the Living Area, you’ll find a Sleeper Sofa, just in case you need it.

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find the coolest Loft Area with a Cat Walk that leads you over the Living Area and to a brilliant balcony with spectacular Views. The Loft itself is an awesome hangout that will be loved by the kids and teens in your family. It has some comfy seating, Flat Screen TV, and a Full Size Sleeper Sofa. Grab a book from the book shelf and head out to an Adirondack on the Dock, or curl up on the Screened Porch for a little quiet time. Also upstairs you’ll find 2 more adorable Bedrooms, both with 2 Twin Beds and the cutest coastal decor. Full Bath 3 is newly renovated and has a gorgeous Double Vanity and Tub/Shower Combo.

A trip to Chincoteague Island is not your typical beach vacation. Chincoteague has a way of helping people reconnect, relax, and rejuvenate with those who matter most. Our unspoiled beaches have no high rises, no boardwalks, and no arcades. Families tell stories around bonfires on the beach, play together in the surf, and make memories fishing, crabbing, and giggling on the Dock.
