Good, convenient location

To improve:
1 Specify in ad. “No towels.” (We never stayed in vrbo that did not include towels.)
2 Coffee pot not good quality-
3 Cleaning fee exorbitant vis a vis guest departure requirements.
Thus was an OK stay, but provided only minimal amenities. Our Vrbo rental from May 2023 included towels, kleenex, coffee, bottle of wine, just to name a few. Adding these amenities is not difficult or expensive, and would change your offering from basic to one which would invite a return visit.

The views were gorgeous and it was conveniently located to Assateague and restaurants. There was a mix up with sheets which was promptly fixed. It was just the right size for the 4 of us.
