Enjoy stunning views from this classic Waterman’s-style home, completely gutted, lovingly restored, and thoughtfully updated for modern comfort. Take in fantastic sunset views from the front enclosed porch, which features both AC and heat for year-round enjoyment. The rear deck overlooks a fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing or playing. A gas grill and cornhole set are provided for outdoor fun.

First Floor Features:
A fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining room and a cozy living room. The semi-private den can double as a main-level sleeping area. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry area are conveniently located off the kitchen.

Second Floor Features:
The first bedroom includes a king bed. The second bedroom offers beautiful water views and also features a king bed. A shared full hallway bathroom provides a tub/shower combo. A small office nook with a view completes the upper level—perfect for reading, writing, or remote work.

Please note that the Third bedroom is a semi-private den on the the First Floor.
