Not as advertised

The property is nicely located, but the property is, just shabby. There are water stains and damage in almost all of the ceilings. The steps and first landing are uneven and dangerous. It is quite evident that the owner(s) ar not keeping up with maintenance.

Sailor's Rest is Great!

I and my friends had a great stay at Sailor's Rest in Chincoteague, VA. It was the perfect place to relax, cook, and enjoy a long weekend. The house is within a short driving distance from everything (and you can walk too) and the beach is just 3 miles away. I would recommend for anyone wanting a weekend away in Chincoteague.
