The main level features a bright living and dining area with a full wall of sliding doors that open to a large waterfront balcony—ideal for coffee, sunsets, or simply unwinding. A fully updated kitchen and half bath complete this floor.
The second-floor waterfront bedroom offers a king bed and private balcony, with a shared full bath and laundry in the hall.
