I didn't stay there because I didn't find out until I arrived that the pool was unavailable. That's not on the hotels.com site, and there was no warning in the booking confirmation either. The desk clerk was very helpful and didn't charge a cancellation fee -- it wasn't the clerk's fault, after all -- but this is not a way to do business.

Fantastic location

The staff was great. When booked the wrong dates came up after confirmation and the front desk handled it with kindness and professionalism. The unit was excellent. The restaurant on site was outstanding. When in the area, we will only stay at BW.
