La Maisonnette du Vigneron welcomes you to the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Louans, a stone's throw from Chinon, in the old family farm of the PB Couly estate. Composed of two independent cottages – the Stable and the Barn , separated by a few meters in the same tree-lined courtyard – it offers an authentic setting, combining old-world charm with modern comfort.
L'Écurie has a double bedroom, a sitting area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. L'Étable offers a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with two single beds.
Outside, enjoy a lush garden, a spacious courtyard, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and a minibar stocked with the estate's wines. Linens, towels, and a host of amenities are included for a relaxing stay. An ideal place to recharge your batteries, with family or friends, in an iconic village of the Chinon appellation.
