The estate itself is protected from the ministry of culture and has been covered by numerous national TV shows, as its considered an “exceptional historical monument” and provides its guests, with a captivating feeling due to its Genovian inspired design and magnificent location. Feel the luxury and sophisticated living style of the past, enjoying amenities & facilities of today.
This unique building is part of a beautiful orchard of 11.000 sqm, cultivated with 400 orange, tangerine and olive trees. You will be surrounded by a centenarian tree grove and a beautiful court yard, a perfect scenery for a relaxing day by reading, listening music, cooking, tasting wines and enjoying fine lunch or dinner.
The 1st floor (352 sqm) of the estate is available to guests, consists of:

Also, you can find bicycles at your disposal for spontaneous bike rides around the wall protected tangerine orchards of magnificent Kampos. Needless to say additional amenities can be provided by request such as a private chef, guided tours in the island and daily maid service at very reasonable prices. Additionally, we can provide our guests with car rentals, speed boats or sailing boat rentals, a recommended option for exploring the crystal clear seas and some spectacular lonely beaches of Chios.
