Enter into the enormous living/games room where you can sit and enjoy the sand dunes behind the large glass windows.
Bedroom three has two single beds and a built in robe.
Bedroom four has two bunk beds and built in robe.
Bathroom with shower, bath and vanity.
Separate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine.
Upstairs:
Open plan living dining, kitchen. Light and bright with fabulous views right along the coastline and access to the timber deck with BBQ outdoors. Kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, electric cooking, coffee machine, microwave and ample bench space. There is a dining area to seat eight people with access to another timber deck and views of the hillside.
Master bedroom with stunning sea views has a queen bed, robe, ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom two has a queen bed with built in robe and has gorgeous hills views.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is a powder room with toilet and a vanity.
Reverse cycle split air-conditioning in both living areas.
