Located in a small village above Klausen, the Marialisa Apartments offer stunning mountain views. This 50 m² apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, and two covered panoramic balconies with unobstructed mountain views. Situated on the top floor, the apartment faces south and west. Additional amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as various books and information brochures.



Guests can enjoy a shared outdoor area with whirlpool, sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation area, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The heated whirlpool is open from May to the end of October.



The apartment is in the center of the small village of Gufidaun, in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just a two-minute walk away. The property is in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between the popular towns of Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Val Gardena and Val di Funes, and close to the Dolomites.



On request, we provide a baby cot and high chair. One pet is welcome for an extra fee. A ski storage room is available. There is also storage for motorcycles and bicycles.



The South Tyrol Guest Card is included and allows you to use public transport, summer and winter buses (daily free ski bus directly from the house to Val Gardena, Seiser Alm, and Plose), swimming pools, and much more.
