Each of the 4 elegant bathrooms, including one with a clawfoot tub and others with rain showers, invites relaxation and indulgence.

The villa features 2.5 newly equipped kitchens everything from antique brick and wood fire ovens to modern induction stoves and dishwashers. Savor meals in one of our two expansive dining rooms, accommodating up to 20 guests, or cozy up by the grand fireplace. Unwind in the living room, browse our communal library, or share a drink at the bar—all while soaking in the serene ambiance.
Stroll barefoot on the original terracotta floors, gaze at exposed beams overhead, and take in the preserved frescoes that grace many bedrooms.
