Set in the small square of Vezzano, the house overlooks the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and the surrounding landscape. Its name derives from its unique structure, which forms an ancient stone arch above the cobbled street leading into the square.

The house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area, featuring a charming built-in kitchen (equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stovetop, and refrigerator), a TV, and a fireplace.

Upstairs, in addition to the bathroom, there are three rooms: two double bedrooms and a study, which can easily be converted into a single bedroom.

Outside, the house offers a large enclosed garden and a wooden patio shaded by trees, all furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi is available in all the areas. All services are included in the price.
