This luxurious villa is next to a village style hotel so there can be some standard hotel noise (guests chatting, use of compactor, the occasional telephone ringing etc).

THE VILLA:

Each room is lovingly designed in an ocean theme, with attention to every charming detail.

You will have a fully equipped kitchen including everything you need from toaster to air fryer and even basic condiments like cornflakes, olive oil and vinegar.

The beautifully designed living room is filled with sunshine as it is surrounded by sliding doors leading on to the patio, outdoor dining area and garden.

There is a smaller bathroom with shower downstairs and a larger bathroom with bathtub upstairs. You will find a convenient laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment.

For our smaller baby and toddler guests, we have installed a safety gate at the top of the staircase. We also offer a high chair, kids table etc. Kids love their ocean themed room with fish nets and all sort of exciting marine life on the ceiling. There are two single beds.

The bedrooms are there to unwind, each one in their own unique style. From cozy blanket to blackout curtains in bedroom number one and a dream of ocean blue and satin in bedroom two. Both bedrooms lead out onto the balcony with sideway ocean views and tropic plants.

The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 people comfortably but in case there is a 7th guest, there is a pull-out couch in the living room.

SURROUNDING AREA

You have use of the entire villa and gardens. You are also situated in a great location only 200m away from the coastal promenade for long beach walks as far as Paphos harbour on one side and Sandy beach on the other.

There is plenty of parking just outside the villa and also a car rental place that also offers excursions next door. In case you want to leave the car at home, the local bus stop is only 5-10min walk away and leads straight to Paphos or Coral Bay.

Meraki Vegan Cafe, Baracas Lounge, the Fig Tree Restaurant, St George Maritime Museum (an exhibit of an old ship) and lots of watersport activities are also only a few minutes away by foot.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
