Meltemi Villas is a group of eight beautifully designed and furnished individual villas located in a premium location at Chloraka village, 300m by the sea.
The location of Meltemi Villas offers stunning views of the sea, starting from the Kato Paphos Lighthouse up to Coral Bay.
All 8 identical villas are fully detached with their own private swimming pool. They are fully designed, furnished and equipped with only one purpose in mind: to offer to our guests the comfort, relaxation and enjoyment that they demand during their holidays.
The design of the villas is inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and the Greek islands and they have been tastefully decorated in a mixture of French seaside / Greek Islands theme with white and blue or green furniture with crisp cotton bedding and comfortable sofas and white washed furniture.
Each villa offers 3 bedrooms, all decorated and furnished to a high standard. All bedrooms offer built in wardrobes and private en-suite facilities. The two upper floor bedrooms share a spacious balcony, which offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is decorated in the traditional Greek style with either green or blue wooden cupboards. The villas are well equipped for self-catering with quality appliances.
The villas offer easy access to amenities and their location allows for easy access to the local places of interest. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the main Coral Bay to Paphos Road where a regular bus service operates every 10-15 minutes into Paphos Town/Harbour or Coral Bay beach resort. A selection of restaurants, bars and shops are also within walking distance from the villa. Within 300m there’s a tiny picturesque fishing harbour and the start of a beautiful footpath, which follows the coastline for 3.5km. It is ideal for jogging or for a quiet stroll.
