Each of the four bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom, providing ultimate privacy and convenience. The bedrooms are furnished with brand-new furniture and premium linen for a comfortable stay. The villa's open-plan living area flows into a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area, perfect for socializing and enjoying meals. Outside, you'll find a private pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and sun loungers for relaxation. The villa also includes a laundry room and a car park for one vehicle, with additional parking available within the project. Enjoy 24/7 security for added peace of mind. Getting Around:

We are happy to help arrange car or motorbike rentals for your convenience. For getting around Phuket, the Grab Taxi application is available and very convenient.



Other Things to Note:

• Electricity is excluded from the rental rate and will be charged at THB 7 per unit. On some booking channels, electricity charges may already be added to the booking; if not included, the charge will be collected on-site.

• Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at THB 1,500 per session.

• Fresh linen is provided once after every 7 nights; extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge.

• A refundable security deposit of THB 20,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) is required at check-in for stays of less than 7 days. For longer stays, or depending on the booking channel, the deposit amount may vary. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or loss occurs.

• The base rate covers up to 8 guests with the standard bed setup. For more than 8 guests, the system will automatically calculate and add the extra bed fee. • If fewer than 8 guests are staying but extra beds or a non-standard setup is requested, an additional bed charge will apply.
