This family-friendly villa is conveniently located in the famous Laguna Park. It’s a very safe, modern and well-maintained community with a communal pool, garden and a playground on-site.
You will definitely enjoy the developed infrastructure of the resort. Just a few minutes drive from Bangtao and Layan beach. Free Shuttle bus to surrounding areas, shopping malls and the beach.
A 5-7 minute car ride leads to a good selection of restaurants, shops, relaxing massages and SPA, Laguna Golf Course, Boat Avenue Mall, and Porto de Phuket.
The villa is decorated in modern style and boasts comfortable spaces both indoor and outdoor, including a patio, garden, separate dining area, and a private rooftop pool. There is a fitted European kitchen complete with all the appliances and cookware for self-catering. Living room with a sofa and a Smart TV with cable channels. Private Wi-Fi is available for working online or streaming your favorite shows.
