I have had this villa booked and paid for since May 2025. I received an email regarding check-in three days prior to arrival date. I get to the villa and find out that a family with kids have the villa booked until February. I tried several times to contact the host, but I get no response. Aftering waiting an hour, we decided to book a different place to stay for weekend. This was an awful thing for the host to do. No communication and double-booking customers. Flew half way around the world to have this happened to us.
