Need to walk 20min to town, swimming pool will have some duck swimming in the morning and evening where’s no one in the pool. Front desk staff just do their protocol,not genuine or warmth at all,needed to ask her (Philippine lady) on hotel facilities (transport to mall) if not she rather not mention.

The room is clean. Walk 1.2 km to the nearly shopping centre or cafe. The hotel provides buffets breakfast only. The in-room service system didn’t work either. Love the welcome cookies. The Asian staff is particularly nice and very helpful.

Excellent hotel stay!! Staff was so nice and wonderful, very welcoming . Room was clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable In the lobby they serve fresh hot and cold tea. Beautiful property with a rose garden. We chose this hotel as it was near Hagley Park and it was worth it, as we saw many cherry blossoms during our stay. We stayed in the twin room, with 2 double beds (there was some confusion on this at first as Expedia stated 2 twin beds, which are basically 2 single beds, just a bit larger). Thankfully, the staff at the front desk cleared this up before we could pay for the extra roll away bed. Breakfast buffet and the food at the restaurant was good. Most of the staff was helpful & friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!
