Flexible check-in was great. Good location. Only thing of caution is that traffic and noise from adjacent rooms (the walls seem to let a lot of sound through) might effect light sleepers.

It was a great location however we were a bit disappointed with the room compared with the photos online. We appreciated the fridge being in a cupboard for noise reduction. But in the bathroom of Unit 20, there was some mold on the ceiling and peeling paint. I know it's a budget motel but I don't expect to see mold in a room we have paid for.

Very conveniently located directly near the city. My first time travelling solo and I had a good experience, staff were friendly, check in and out was easy considering it was my first time, the room I had was clean, had sky tv, and had everything I needed. Probably only downside would be the parking, maybe invest in a gate or something, there seemed to be a lot of pedestrians crossing through. That’s my only critic, can’t go wrong with this place

It was ok for 1 night stay, before leaving Christchurch. Fairly dated decor and bed was soft. Room was spacious, and ample parking spaces.
