Free off-street parking is available directly at the property to easy unpacking. Entry is via a keypad — your door code will be sent before arrival.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably and includes wine glasses and a full table setting. The living area has a TV, seating, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.
A sofa bed is available on this level, ideal for extra guests.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
