Enjoy a hands-on farm experience by hand-feeding friendly animals, including ducks, alpacas, a pony, and even goldfish—sure to delight kids and animal lovers alike. Relax in one of two outdoor hot tubs while watching cattle graze in nearby paddocks, or gather around the in-ground fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars with your favourite drink.

Noise & Gatherings
No loud noise outdoors after 10:00 PM. We are located in a residential area and have asked our neighbours to notify us of disturbances. If you are unable to follow this rule, please do not book.
No parties or unapproved gatherings. Any unauthorised event will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Check-out
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Approval is subject to availability.
Pets & Smoking
No animals allowed.
No smoking indoors. Any smoking or presence of animals inside the house will incur a $300 additional cleaning fee.
Cleanliness & Damages
The house must be left in a reasonable condition upon check-out.
Excessive mess will be charged at $60 per hour for additional cleaning.
All damage, spills, or stains must be reported. You may be charged for the cost of replacement or professional cleaning.
Security & Monitoring
Amazon Alexa devices are installed inside the property for your convenience.
A video doorbell is located at the front door.
A Minut decibel reader is used externally (as per council request) to monitor noise levels.
