The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located property. Handy to public transport, 10 mins from the CBD and 6 mins from Merivale Mall.
This north facing apartment oozes all day sun, bright and breezy in a quiet street.
Handy to Southern Cross Hospital and some of Christchurch`s top restaurants.
The open plan new modern kitchen dining is all you need to cook a meal. Perhaps sit with a good book or watch a spot of TV or a wine after a full day shopping or capturing tourist attractions around Christchurch.
The 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed which captures the morning sun.
The 2nd bedroom has a doulde bed and bunk above.
Our beds are all made with high quality hotel standard cotton linen, so you will enjoy the comforts of this.The bathroom has a high pressure shower, vanity unit and toilet.
Off street covered parking at back of building .
I do not live on the premises but live nearby. I am available by text or mobile between 8am and 6 pm.
PLEASE NOTE we manage numerous properties and you are better to text your name and where you are staying and I will come back to you at my earliest convenience.
Please do dishes before departure and remove rubbish to outside bins.please remove shoes at all times.
Know unregistered guests.
Know smoking of any kind inside property.
Please do not remove any furniture or belongings. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
Please refrain from making loud noise outside between 9 pm and 7am.If you are unable to comply with these rules we ask you not to bookwith us.
Additionally parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is strictly 10am late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is not prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.Thanks for your understanding.
