The lo ation is superb and close to dining, shopping and across the road from the Botanical Gardens. It is clean and comfortable and i stayed in a premium room with own bathroom. Overall pleasantly surprised as it has a backpacker section as well. The bad things or where improvement is needed. Housekeeping ... asked for tissues was told ill need to go downstairs if not today ill get it tomorrow. 3 nights later still nothing. Checkout time 10am is crazy and any extra hour is $20 max 2 hrs. No flexibility on this ... make it worldwide standard of 11 am and keep ot simple. Overall happy with my stay but few small things could be improved on

Great value, Great location, gardens across the road, excellent shared kitchen facilities. Modern clean rooms. Comfortable beds, luggage storage offered. Only downfall is thin walls. Would definitely stay again.

Good but read the description carefully

Everything was good, except, I didn't realise that the toilet and bathrooms were outside the rooms. We had 3 rooms booked and in sime instances it was just outside the room but for two rooms it was outside other rooms.
