The Space:
Step into a tidy, modern home with plenty of natural light and simple, neutral styling. The living area is open and comfortable, with a large sofa and smart TV. Streaming services are not provided, but you’re very welcome to log in with your own accounts during your stay and heat pump for year round comfort. Sliding doors open to the courtyard, so you can easily step outside for some fresh air.
The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook during your stay. The dining table is close by and works well for meals or a bit of work if needed.
There are three carpeted bedrooms set up for a restful stay. The main bedroom is light and calm. The second bedroom is warm and cosy, and the third bedroom is a flexible space for extra guests.
Outside, the private courtyard has outdoor seating and a sheltered spot for coffee, meals, or relaxing in the sun.

Only street parking is available. Please do not park outside the house. Please do not block the shared driveway at any time. Vehicles blocking access or parked unlawfully may be towed at the owner’s expense.
