Fully equipped kitchen ,living and dining area flowing to private sunny full fenced courtyard.

2ND FLOOR
2 single beds with wardrobe storage plus a highchair.
A fully equipped bathroom with heated toilet seat luxurious towels and a high pressure shower to relax those weary bones.

3RD FLOOR
Sunny quiet with ensuite and spacious queen size bedroom.
Relax in our luxurious bed with hotel 5 star linen.

This property does not have allocated carpark-there is free and paid parking options just a short walk away.

We do offer early check ins .A fee of $10 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours.
This is to allow a express clean.

City Noise-Please note this is a inner city Apartment within close proximity to a one way thoroughfare so will be some street noise.
Apartment is quieter with windows closed.
If you are a light sleeper ear plugs are recommended.
Please do dishes before departure and remove rubbish to outside bins.please remove shoes at all times.
Know unregistered guests.
Know smoking of any kind inside property.
Please do not remove any furniture or belongings.
