Oceanview Luxury 3-Bedroom Family Retreat

Our luxurious family-friendly home spans 160m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 laundry, 1 lounge, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space, and 3 balconies located up on the hill above Sumner of Christchurch, featuring breathtaking ocean view and Sumner Beach.

Just a 4min drive from the beach, supermarket, restaurants & cafes of Sumner village, it's a perfect retreat for families who seek the perfect combination of the pleasures of the sea and varied outdoor activities!

You will be staying on the top floor of our house located in a quiet neighborhood. It can accommodate 7 adults and up to 3 infants comfortably.

- 1st/Green Bedroom: queen bed, plus a portable cot
- 2nd/White Bedroom: queen bed
- 3rd/Pink Bedroom: triple bunk bed (single)

We also provide:
+ For the little ones: Baby stroller, toilet, collapsible bath tub, step stool, high chair, tableware, toys, books. Plus, safety gate for the staircase

+ For beach relaxation: Beach towels, shelter, mat, seat, cooler basket

+ For family entertainment: BBQ, 65" TV (paid Netflix), games, books, unlimited high speed Fibre Broadband

+ For workout: Yoga mat and roller, kettlebell and dumbbells

+ Filtered tap water in kitchen which is safe to drink, plus instant hot/cold water tap

+ Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, coffee machine, rice cooker, kettle, toaster

+ 1 heat pump in lounge, 1 heat pump in kitchen/dining/living space, a wall heater in each bedroom (also double glazed north facing house)

+ Washing machine, clothesline, portable clothes drying rack

+ 1 off-street parking in front of garage, plus adjacent on-street parking

Please be aware that,
- The house is located up on the hill, approx. 4 min drive from the beach (car is recommended, although it is accessible by foot between 20-30 min depending on fitness).
- The house is located approx. 50m down a quiet narrow private lane.
- Garage is locked for storage purposes.
- Underneath we have a separate apartment (including the garden on ground floor) which is tenanted out to a lovely, quiet lady.
