Awesome location for town and easy to jump on a bus. Staff very helpful and friendly (our bathroom door broke the first day we were there and it was fixed the same day). Only downside was the noise from the building ventilation (I am a light sleeper). Great to have a kitchen and fridge so we could cook if we wanted to. Lovely clean room and fresh towels every day.

Spacious and well appointed rooms - the washer and dryer in the room was a huge bonus! The hotel is very well located to the centre of Christchurch, near shopping, restaurants and bars. The reception staff could’ve been more friendly, on checking out they didn’t ask how our stay had been and kept conversation to a minimum. I messaged requesting parking months before our stay and never heard back. Thankfully there was space when we arrived. Overall though, a very nice hotel and felt like good value for money.

Stayed for 8 nights in a studio apartment. Loved it, looked after ourselves and great location for seeing Christchurch and area. Car park on street free after 6pm and before 9am.

Enjoyable stay, everything you needed in the room, great having a washing machine and dryer. Pillows weren't the most comfortable, but the bed was. Good to have cafe's, the gardens and other amenities close by. Happily stay again. Thanks.

The room was very clean and spacious enough, with new well equipped kitchen. The bathroom also appeared new with good shower, soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied, but no body moisturizer which used to be the norm, but maybe I had to ask at front desk for that? Only problem was the one night we wanted to watch TV, the reception was really dodgy so we gave up. Only grumble was on leaving we both used the bathrooms off reception and found there was no way to dry your hands. I asked for a towel at reception but was told we were expected to use toilet paper!! This seems very cheap, and surely a health issue.

Can see Bridge of Remembrance from property.

Right in the middle of everywhere I wanted to be. I could see the Bridge of Remembrance from the property. Can't imagine one thing that could made my stay better. Awesome.
