Staithe End is a brand new, purpose-built, first floor apartment directly opposite and thus benefiting from stunning views over Mudeford Quay and the sea beyond.

It is right in the centre of Mudeford, 5 minutes walk from Avon Beach and approximately 50 metres from a bus stop where you can alight for trips to Bournemouth should you choose to leave your car behind.

Stairs lead from the entrance lobby up to an open plan living room/diner/kitchen. To the rear of this is a king size bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a spacious bathroom with separate walk in shower.

The apartment has gas central heating and Wi-Fi and has been fitted with quality fittings and appliances throughout, including granite kitchen worktops. It is decorated in seaside blues to capture its location.

Staithe End is suitable for a couple or single person only. Regrettably it is not suitable for dogs or other pets.

Although the apartment does not come with any outside space, it is immediately opposite Mudeford Quay’s green on which there are many benches on which to sit and enjoy the outside.

There is allocated parking for one car only, to the rear of the property on Chichester Way.

Smoking is not allowed in Staithe End.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
