1 towel for 2 of us. No coffees in room, fire alarm went off 2am. Poorly handled. Had to got to go down to reception for coffee, milk supplies. No one answering reception phone.

Outstanding stay - free transfer from airport on demand; checked us in early - before 12noon - and gave us a free room upgrade. Even transferred us to our off-airport car rental firm the following morning for free. Staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We slept well! The fresh milk brought up for our tea & coffee was also a really nice touch. All in all, exceptional for an airport hotel.
