Reasonably priced onsite breakfast

Handy having onsite breakfast options - I stayed in the motel and while there is an information compendium in the room regarding breakfast, please note the prices are out of date by $3-4. I chose bacon and eggs with toast and jam, including a pot of tea it was $20. Also the room compendium is not up to date with local tourist attractions, or details of city supermarkets, so probably best to use the free WiFi and research these yourself. Fridge did not seem to be working properly - when I used the milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea the milk appeared to be curdled.

Lovely boutiques hotel with clean amenities and helpful staff. Very close to everything Christchurch offers and walking distance to botanical garden and city centre. Rooms are decent size with a small but usable kitchen. Definitely recommended.

There was construction and remodeling going on. The construction people didn't start till 8am. Overall I didn't have any problems. Staff was friendly.

Location was good, only a short walk to the city centre. Room was fairly small but all amenities were provided. The property looks a bit old and tired, but it was comfortable enough for a short stay.
