Hotel was in a good location and room was nice. A couple of the fittings need attention and the cleaners did not replace “consumables”.
It is a self checkout so can’t rate the stafff.
Overall a good stay
Linzi couldn’t go for a poo as there was no bog roll! She had to hold it in for hours and then let out a massive fart that shattered the window.
One of the horses nearby fell over
Lovely relaxing stay, I was here to meet up with old friends in New Milton, the Retreat offered a nice base for rest and relaxation in a lovely setting
On arrival the place felt calm and set in a beautiful area, the staff were lovely and very friendly, I cannot fault their service at all. The room was fabulous, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable with great views of
the grounds. The shower was amazing and it was the perfect place for my night away for my birthday. Cannot recommend it enough, wonderful place.

great food in a lovely restaurant environment
A superb place to stay, we can’t wait to come back
This has to be the best hotel I have stayed in for dog walking. It has a restaurant next door that serves excellent food sourced locally. A bit more expensive than a pub chain but well worth it. The same with the breakfast which was excellent.
And the bonus is we could eat in the dog friendly area with our dog.
The room was nice and clean. There was plenty of parking. Breakfast was very expensive so I didn't bother with it and found somewhere else local to get my breakfast.
