There was no one at reception when we arrived - I rang the bell several times. I rang the complex and someone finally came. Our room had ants !! We use this property a lot and we were disappointed with the service and cleanliness.

It was clean and tidy rooms sitting outside during the evening looking up balcony lights hadn't been cleaned of dead moths in awhile leaving shadows on lens could become fire hazard. Staff that we interacted with great very helpful

They had upgraded us when we arrived without prompting. We had a spacious suite with a King Size Bed. We were located next to the Botanical Gardens where we enjoyed our walks.

I have stayed here many times and have been pleased with the room, however this time i was...under the stairs. It was cold, slightly grubby and really worn out, flaking paint in the bathroom and discolored toilet. the room wasn't cheap at over $200 a night, I wouldn't stay here again. I wonder if it has changed hands?
