Great location and amenities. However, road noise through single glazed windows and a noisy neighbour above was the only downside. Suggest bringing ear plugs but otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Great apartments in a good location

I’ve stayed here twice now. Love the fact it has parking and is walking distance to CBD, Hagley Park/Botanical Gardens. First time room was spotless, second time not as clean and found long black hair in the bathroom. We choose the one bedroom apartment. The rooms are small if you are travelling with suitcases. The bed takes up all the bedroom with small narrow space to navigate around it. All ionic would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at West Fitzroy apartments. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to stay two nights earlier than originally planned. The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the Alps. We will stay again. Thankyou!

Apartment room was tiny with barely room to move around the bed, but quiet and dark for sleeping. Like that it was walking distance to places to eat. Wished coffee had been supplied for both nights we were there and that sugar packets were not old and caked.

Would definitely stay again

Really pleasantly surprised. My seven year old and I arrived early but our room was already available. Free parking, super central and spacious apartment with kitchen. Only minor gripe was no microwave but there is a full working stove, full size fridge etc. Quiet at night too.

The following things should be provided in the apartment: 1) Kitchen scissors 2) More trash bags 3) More detergent for washing machine & dishwasher 4) More liquid detergent for self-dish washing 5) Extra heater in for the studio bedroom. The aircon unit in the living room produced insufficient heat even during early winter (now). 6) Clothing clips for hanging wet laundry to dry naturally at the balcony. 7) Some bottles of drinking water. 8) Butter knives 9) some welcoming fruits or drinks. 10) Fresh-grounded or capsule coffee maker 11) Fresh coffee beans or choice of coffee capsules 12) Sugar pack or cube sugar for hot drinks 13) Sugar, salt and pepper for cooking should be provided. 14) Laundry - softener

Great location. Just a few mins walk to city centre, casino, restaurants. Always something to do near by. Nice and quiet, so clean and room had everything we would ever need. One of the best places we have stayed by far. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for an amazing stay 🙂
