Hotel clearly does not have sufficient parking for all the guests and staff was not helpful in finding a solution. It’s rather annoying for guests to have to pay for extra parking charges without being informed at the point of booking.

The lady who checked me in wasn’t overly helpful on what was open or available on the long weekend. The room was loud and other people’s doors would be heard regularly. The bed and pillows were not great. I did find the location ok, but I had expected more overall for the price and ratings.
