Get outside of the congested city! Just a short 25 minute drive from Anchorage. Close to fishing, hiking, hunting, sightseeing, Glaciers, wildlife viewing, parks.

Bear Mountain View VRBO is a very comfortable home. It felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms very clean. We will love to return and thanks for providing such a wonderful home.

House is great, plenty of space for all. The location is very close to a highway so it was noisy all night. Probably noisy during the day but we were out sightseeing.Distance from anchorage was as advertised which means you are about midway between Palmer and Anchorage which worked for us.

A good location in Chugiak. You don't go somewhere like this for nightlife or restaurants, but hiking, gas, a grocery store and other necessities are close. Good access to the Glenn Highway.

Relocation

Our niece relocated to Alaska, so we booked a stay here to help her get settled and do some adventuring. Great location, beautiful scenery with many things to do close by. Host was excellent.

Perfect for family vacation

The house and location were perfect for our family to enjoy Alaska. The house was clean, had everything we needed and Tim was a great host. The location was perfect for both Anchorage and to explore the mountains north of Anchorage
