The guy at the counter was very rude, I asked for 2 keys and he said they only give 1 key per night, that makes no sence, it was 4 of us and only 1 key, he also raised his voice to another guest who was asking him a question

Property is under construction and we’re still checking in customers while property had no electricity till about an hour or two later it’s inconvenient to still take reservations or allow check in while the hotel has no electricity what are people supposed to do in a all dark room they offered no solution other than just wait would never stay again
