I got a non smoking room and yet there were random cigarette burns on the chair that smelled rather fresh, including a cigarette burn on the bed as well as a stain (that looked like a washed out blood stain). Tried to call the front desk and the phone was unplugged. From itself AND from the wall.

it was alright but it seem like they did not want to give me a towel and when they did i got to the room and it was a dirty towel with hairs and stains.

Considering the price I didn’t expect much from the room but I did expect it to be at least clean, I had to get my room changed because the 1st one was dirty, unswept floors, and mold in the shower. The 2nd room was not that great either but at least the floors were swept. I feel like these rooms need a deep clean.
