The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Checkout is at 11 AM. Please load and run the dishwasher, place used towels on the bathroom floor, and leave the used beds unmade.
Place trash and recycling in the outdoor bins. Please leave any keys or remotes on the kitchen table and keep the home tidy.
No deep cleaning is required. Please report any damage or issues. Thanks for staying with us—we hope to host you again!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is an additional $100 fee for more than 10 guests. The fee is $100 per person per night, starting with the 11th person.
