The front yard is 23 mile long lake which serves as a playground for all boaters and marine enthusiasts.
If you are an adventure seeker the Hobie cat club next door offers newbie Tuesday for those who would love to learn to sail. They also have catamaran races on Thursday’s.
My Lakehouse has been completely remodeled within the last few years.
Located close to Syracuse University and just 15 minutes from Syracuse airport.

Please remove shoes while in the house as the carpets are white. Please clean up after your pets. Absolutely no fish cleaning on the premises.
Please remove bed linen prior to departure and place in the hamper located in the basement next to the dryer. Trash receptacles located by fence
Please be cognizant of your noise level while in the hot tub. My neighbor has young children and elderly parents that live with her.
