This quiet, cozy recently-remodeled 2-Bedroom 2-Bath Condo is located in Chestnut Station, a quiet condominium development in Cincinnati's East Hyde Park neighborhood. It's an easy walk to the Wasson Way Trail and Ault Park. The primary bedroom has its own bath. A second full bath is across the hall from the second bedroom. This first floor condo has a full finished basement with a bonus room, private laundry and many closets, a fenced in patio and one private garage space with an automatic garage door. Walk, bike or drive 2 minutes to restaurants (Coffee Emporium, Forno, Cafe Mediterranean, Dutch's, etc.) in East Hyde Park. 5 minute drive to Hyde Park Plaza (Kroger, Walgreens, Ace, etc.).

Renters have access to the pool, tennis and pickleball courts. This rental is offered for a limited time while the owner is travelling overseas on an extended trip. A family member resides nearby and manages the rental. We prefer rentals of at least one month and will provide a discount.
