Staff and service was great and helpful with any questions i had. It was an awesome surprise to find out that this place is more than just a hotel. Loved the artwork throughout the first two floors. Such a great experience. Rooms were spacious, well cleaned, up to date, with good fluffy towels. Overall great hotel in the heart of downtown within walking distance from restaurants. Only drawback was parking. $40 per day valet parking. Valet was efficient.

The lighting in the room wasn't good. One of the lights either didn't work or was burnt out. The guide on the tv didn't work and when I asked the front desk for suggestions on places that would deliver food, they told me to look through a Door Dash or Uber Eats app. The artwork is very cool but nothing special about the room or service at all.

Beautiful hotel, worn and tired rooms

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. The room however was in need of repair and a refresh. From the toilet seat falling off to the shower flooding the bathroom floor to the dirty iron that stained our cloths I think it's time to spend some money and remodels the room or at least do some repairs.

Needs updates

Hotel needs updates such as the room was bland along with the carpet. There’s a mini bar fridge with nothing in it. Would prefer actual mini fridge. The bed and pillows were the worst. Restaurant had good food but in general downtown seemed a bit dead on a weekday night and the restaurant was no exception.
