This hotel used to be top notch, but it has fallen. The shower was missing pieces of tile, the outlets on the lamp didn’t work and there was no comforter on the bed! We just went this December and thank goodness we took our own blankets. I do not understand there being no comforter on the bed and no extra blanket in the room. Disappointing.

The rooms were dirty, there was a hole in the elevator ceiling, the conditioner was empty, the room phone didn’t work, the hotel did not have caffeinated coffee, and the comforter was thin like a sheet.
