Cozy 1st floor unit in a family-friendly neighborhood nestled in the center of everything Cincinnati has to offer, with easy access to all major highways, Xavier University, and downtown Cincinnati. Start your morning off at Birdie's Coffee Shop just one block away or walk to Factory 52 to enjoy its breweries, restaurants, and community spaces. While I will not be onsite, this is our personal residence, so we kindly ask guests to respect any locked/private spaces, but please make yourself at home. Our nest is your nest.
