The property showed some age and needs some renovations but it was clean, conveniently located, easily accessible and walkable, and priced right for the stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating and I have no complaints worth mentioning. And honestly somehow, whatever cable/satellite package they had was too notch. I know it's silly but I saw more options on that TV than any hotel I've ever stayed in. Only thing I wish is that they had breakfast but given its location, we easily found some at nearby restaurants.

When we arrived we had to pull the tv back just to plug in the mini fridge. Where we found a bunch of trash from other guests. Otherwise things were great.

Decent hotel, not run well

Very clean hotel, beautiful inside each room, spacious. But there are no microwaves in rooms, the pool was shut down for the entire stay (which is why we went on a staycation in the first place) and housekeeping never stopped by for refreshing linens or extra towels. Also we got put on the same floor as an African wedding (5 floors) and had wedding guests attempting to get into our room all day and night.

There was gum stuck on the bed and there was trash underneath of it the smell was horrible and people were yelling all night. The floor had not been vacuumed as well.

Never, ever, ever again!

The rooms were clean but that is about the only good thing I can say. The service is horrible! We stayed for 5 nights and we received NO service, no garbage was picked up from our room, no towels brought to our room, no coffee, toilet paper, tissues or anything. Everytime we needed anything we had to go all the way down to the front desk to get it ourselves. The coffee maker didn’t work, the clock didn’t work, no microwave. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay and will never stay there again

If your looking for somewhere just to sleep that it will be ok. But with family and kids i wouldnt recommend. We had two rooms. On seperate floors and both were nasty rugs and dirty wash clothes in the tub. One room didnt have a shower curtain and when trlling the staff and front desk they said we had to wait for the morning. We asked for clean towel on our second day and Never recieved them. Again just to sleep will be ok but anything else I would recommend going else where.
