We stayed one night. No one explained anything at check-in . They just took my money and gave us the room. The room itself was fine but very hot and humid. The AC only goes to 66 and it was a lot warmer than that. The curtains don’t block any light

We enjoyed the stay and the staff was friendly. The pool area was directly under our room and was pretty loud until 10pm. Normally, that wouldn't bother me but we had to be up at 3:30 for a flight.

Found a Tick while I was laying in bed, felt it crawling on my arm in less than an hour I was there. I was told i could have brought it in with my items and didn’t get a refund. (I don’t own a dog/cat or live in the countryside to get ticks). So take that info as you will. I immediately left and went somewhere else to stay the night.

This was our second stay and we’ll definitely be back. Besides being just minutes from the airport it is in a quiet area and is comfortable. Fresh baked cookies greet afternoon/evening guests and most of the staff we have encountered are friendly, hardworking, and accommodating.

Front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The day we arrived we were given a great recommendation for dinner. When we returned from dinner there were warm cookies. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Furniture looked well kept. The windows, however, were dirty and were hazy to see out of. The door stop was broken. The bathroom had long hair on the floor by the tub(I have very short hair). The (sink) opening where the plumbing comes out of the wall was pretty big and, in my opinion, may need some filler so bugs or mice won't come through. The tub was very slick. There wasn't any grippers on the tub floor. Very hazardous. What we had for breakfast was good. I tried to get some apple juice and only water came out. The blueberry muffins went quickly. I let the lady know and I guess she was overwhelmed, she got a little smart and told me she knew. If we plan anything out this way in the future, we'll remember this hotel.

Room was clean. However, there was no chair to sit in other than the chair at the desk in the room. We were told that the hotel was phasing out chairs in the room. I’ll pass on Country Inn & Suites in the future.

We upgraded our room for $2 to a suite and our kids (7 &5) shared the sofa bed. Awesome decision because they got to watch their shows and we got our space. Breakfast was good! And the pool was a highlight. Some aspects of the property are dated but still clean

Disappointed

Room was very worn and there were noticable stains on carpet and arm chair. Sofabed was extremely uncomfortable and missing all but two springs at the foot end. Pillows were terrible.
