The room was dirty. One small garbage basket for the whole room including the bathroom, and that garbage was full when we got into the room. The room smelled like cigarettes even though we were given a non-smoking room. One small bar of soup and a single Packet of shampoo; as big as a small sugar packet. A for breakfast, they offered coffee and a single wrapped muffin.

The facility was not clean at all , the receptionist was rude , my stay was cancelled , i went to view my room before paying and the beds and carpets had stains and the sheets had black dots all over them and the pictures looked nothing like it did in person . It wasn’t even the same furniture. It smelled like cigarettes. It was stuffy in the room.

The rooms were dirty, my kids found condoms behind the headboard of the bed. The doors were covered in mold. The beds are small. The environment showed signs of a lot of illegal activity happening on the property. This is not a safe environment at all. Men on the property continuously followed the children around and were being very weird. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

They don’t have breakfast, only coffee. Staircase filthy and the second floor smelled like fish and funky underarms. The towels are very very thin, the beds are very hard and the pillows were flat and tiny. We will never stay there again. The parking lot is very raggedy, pot holes and the location is bad. Teenagers were outside on the sidewalk by the parking lot talking about how easy it it to break into cars.

There were dirty needles in the parking lot. Drug deals happening in the parking lot, the room didn’t have a safety lock, there were holes in the walls, but I was charged for a 2 year old getting chapstick on a pillow. The lobby was dirty, and the manager Pria was very rude.
