My family and I had an excellent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Cincinnati Northeast Mason. We were conveniently located close to everywhere we wanted to visit during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. We had a really great stay and will definitely be back!

Drury Inn Mason Oh

Overall our stay was good. Some staff was friendly but a lot of staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and instructions was not clear at check in and later asked a question and was made to feel stupid because I had to ask. The shower would not drain and that was an issue especially with a whole family in the room.

Always stay here when we go to Kings Island. Breakfast is always great, free drinks, free dinner sometimes, and free popcorn. Rooms are good size. Pillows need to be bigger though.

Great staff. Very clean. The evening drinks and snacks were delicious and unexpected. The only complaint we have would be the bed. Way too soft. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night on the 2nd night because our backs were hurting.

This particular visit had multiple groups attending the jazz festival. The food was distasteful and sparse! People were waiting in long lines for food and drinks. Staff was very rude and unhelpful during dining times on the first day. The second day was better staffing and more courteous.
