Staff was great, especially the gentleman who helped my husband out. The indoor and outdoor pool was nice and the seating area in the front. Unfortunately it felt dated compared to other Drurys we've stayed in amd didnt have the bar. The food was okay.

Why shut down elevators at check out time?

Everything was great until time to check out. The elevators were shut down for fire alarm checks. We were on the 7th floor and had to carry our luggage down 7 flights of stairs.
