Everyone that worked there was very nice, helpful, and seemed like happy employees. Only down side is 1 elevator was down, and it was a very busy weekend. So the wait was very long giving we had a wheel chair.

this should be a $49 motel they act like it

place is / was loud. the party next door started 9pm and went all night stopped 6:30 am. screaming yelling all night fire alarm was pulled. dining staff was / is slow and fairly rude. i have an issue last year with similar things specifically not enforcing their own disclaimer for rules of condut in hotel and pool area

Just had a fantastic stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Sharonville, OH, and I can't recommend it highly enough! We booked our trip through Expedia, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a genuinely polite and efficient staff who made check-in a breeze. A delightful surprise was discovering Drury's amazing "Kickback" happy hour from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. We were treated to complimentary snacks and even received a punch card for up to three drinks (with a nice selection available). It was such a welcome bonus, and to top it off, free soft drinks and popcorn were readily available in the lobby throughout our stay – a really thoughtful touch! After a long drive, the warm and inviting hot tub was exactly what we needed to unwind and relax. It was the perfect way to soothe our travel-weary muscles. The comfort of the bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and waking up to a complimentary hot breakfast the next morning was another fantastic perk. Checkout was quick and easy, allowing us to get back on the road without any hassle. Considering their very reasonable room rates and the incredible "free" amenities they offer, our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel was an exceptional value. Having stayed at numerous hotels over the years, Drury has now jumped to the very top of our list. It will definitely be our preferred choice whenever we're in an area where they have a location. We were truly impressed!

It was nice, it was very busy, must’ve been some celebrations. The only issues were there was only one working elevator, the fire alarm went off at nine something at night and the whole hotel was evacuated. Due to the one elevator most had to use the stairwell to get back to the rooms. The other thing is the happy hour bartender is not so friendly. This has been my third encounter with him and he’s always the same. I’m used to the super friendly and happy team at the Mason location and it’s definitely different at Sharonville.
