The lobby and outside were very clean. Our rooms weren’t. The bathroom looked as if it was never cleaned. The second room, wood was exposed on the let out bed. I was afraid for my kids to sit on it. We were disappointed in the quality of our rooms. Breakfast was as great and they had options.

Just dont!

Wow... what a disappointment!! Please do not be fooled by the pool!! Absolutely no where near as nice as the photos! There was a full on party in the lobby! All day, and all night! We opened our door each day to a literal PARTY! loud music, dancing, eating... not going to lie, kind of wish we were at the party. Lol. But definitely not ideal for having a 7 month old tagging along. Our room advertised a mini bar. Definitely was no minibar. Check in was a hassle! The worker was extremely annoyed at the fact i was using cash, and the website clearly states they accept cash.. so from the first second of our stay we already felt like a burden, to the point of feeling uncomfortable walking past the front desk... would not recommend this place to anyone. Mainly based on the attitude of front desk worker at check-in. Made it very uncomfortable from the beginning. But also, these photos are very misleading. Expectations definitely no where near met.

I always love staying here. Needs updating which I believe they are in the process of doing. Other than that I always stay a week in the pass except last year. We came back just for a couple of days this time but wish we would’ve stayed like we normally do. Can’t wait to see the changes next year.
