Bike, canoe, walk, and enjoy the beautiful parks our city has to offer. There’s always something going on in Loveland!
- Kings Island is about 7.5 miles away.
- Downtown Cincinnati is about 20 miles away.


Whether you are here to visit family or heading to Kings Island, you`ll be glad to have this space to connect, play, and rest.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage, backyard shed, entry closet, and green bedroom closet.

PETS

We allow up to **3 dogs (50 lb max each)** for **$75 per pet, per stay**.

We`re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn`t match the guest name, you`ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.

Just like home!

This property was amazing! So many details that the owners have thought of make it feel “just like home”. The owners are very welcoming and helpful with recommendations when asked.They go above and beyond to make sure you are highly satisfied . My 2 grandchildren enjoyed the big backyard and the playground around the corner. I enjoyed the comfort, coziness and beautiful design of the home. I highly recommend this property to anyone that would be staying in the Cincinnati area. It is fully loaded with anything you might need to make your stay an enjoyable one. This property exceeded my expectations.

Newly Remodeled!!

This house is fantastic! All one level… truly no steps in or out! We chose this location to be close to the Cincinnati Children’s Mason campus. The entire house looks newly remodeled! The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of pots, pans, utensils, dishes & small appliances! They also have a spice rack. They have both a kuerig (kcups & sugar provided too) & a carafe style coffee maker. Full size clean refrigerator. Pics are exactly as we saw when we arrived. Big back yard w/ a fire pit & 6 chairs. We enjoyed morning coffee on both the covered front porch & the patio area out back. Quiet neighborhood & a new playground less than a block away! We will definitely stay here again!
