Ok, don’t get me wrong, the hotel itself is cool. Not gross how they nickel and dime you. Breakfast not included. The parking garage is fine, but used for conventions etc. fine. But the gate was open the whole time because it was broken. No one coming in or it had to pay for parking there the two days we were there. But hotel guests did. I understand the convenience is great but part of the reason we stayed there was the secure parking. Which wasn’t. Then to have to pay as a hotel guest, but no one else has to?! All the fixings in the room for your morning coffee. Cups, creamer, coffee pods, stir sticks….. but no coffee makers?!! Garbage cans in the room with no bags. Gross. Cool vibe but totally missed the mark on customer service in the amenities and follow through

Great staff and service. Especially at Fiona’s. Because it is close to a large medical center it is very noisy with sirens. It is walkable to the zoo but not much else.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the nursing school. While the coffee shop could be improved, the overall experience is positive. The hotel and rooms are charming and clean.

Hotel is adorable and very clean. Beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly - especially the bartender Cathy.

What a great hotel. Great decor, rooms were a good size, location was convenient, and the hotel food options were unexpectedly positive. We liked the lobby and lounge area, and the pool table was fun. We'd stay here again.
